Scope of Services

Logo Set comprising 4 different variations in black & white for Bodyrhythmswellness

• Primary logo: stacked typography (including the addition "Est. 2001")
• Secondary logo: side-by-side typography
• Third logo: typography combined with the initials B & R
• Icon/Image: a minimalist, hand-drawn Yin-Yang symbol with a branch

Everything will be created in my signature minimalist style, utilizing the primary typeface featured in my designs (inspired by my previous work for Maysie Couture, AG, and Attache).

You had a wish for the seriffont "La Luxe", too. So I will show you these both ideas. 

Including

• Brief email correspondence
• All files provided in both black & white, in JPG, PNG, and EPS formats (CMYK and RGB files)
• An unlimited usage license for your business
• 2 distinct design logo concept ideas (I can present one concept using each of the different typefaces mentioned above, allowing you to select one variation to proceed with) & two ideas for the ying yang sign
• A Mini Logo Guide
• 1 round of revisions (please compile all requested changes into a single email; additional revision requests will be billed separately at €39* per 15-minute increment)
•  Latest deadline within latest 3-4 weeks
  

Timeframe

The parties undertake to adhere to the project schedule and the deadlines set forth below, as the agreed-upon timeframe has been reserved specifically for this project. Should the schedule require rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, a new timeframe must be agreed upon with the designer; cancellation fees amount to 25% of the total invoice.

• Start May the 12th, 2026
• 2 Ideas logo + icon to client May the 14th, 2026
• Feedback client to designer May 15 - 18th, 2026
• Designer making Correction Round May 20th, 2026
• Feedback Client May 21- 22th, 2026
• Sending final files May 28th, 2026

I have set the timeline generously, using maximum time estimates for both of us. 

Should a situation arise in which the Client is required to pause or prematurely terminate the project due to unforeseen circumstances within the company or for personal reasons, a final invoice for the total amount will be issued to the Client.

General Terms

By making a purchase, the Client agrees to the Designer’s Terms of Offer set forth herein, as well as to the General Contract Terms (information regarding where these can be found is provided here).

Change Requests / Corrections

Included in the scope of the order:

A maximum of 1 revision round  > please submit these collectively in a single email to: [email protected]

For any additional corrections, consultations, research, correspondence with third parties, etc., a fee of €39.00* will be charged for every commenced 15-minute interval.

!Please Note! Depending on the extent of the revisions, the completion deadline may be subject to delay. Any (corrected) texts and images required must be provided by the Client.

Payment & Remuneration

An upfront deposit of 50% of the total costs is required for the requested order. The final invoice will be issued at the end of the agreed timeframe. Upon receipt of the final total amount, the client will receive the completed order via digital delivery (e-mail).

Social Media Marketing

The designer reserves the right to publish the entire work of the project—including modified versions—on social media, their website, blogs, and other marketing channels.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

The Designer retains the copyright, which is inalienable. They grant the Client an unlimited right of use. This means that the logo and brand mark may be used, exactly as delivered, without any restrictions regarding time or location, both online and in print. In the event of reproduction in print for commercial purposes, whether by the Client or by third parties, an additional usage license must be acquired. The logo and brand mark may be modified by the Designer and used by third parties.

Retention of title

The data and files generated in fulfillment of the contract shall remain the property of the Designer. The Designer is under no obligation to release such data and files to the Client. Should the Client request the release of such data and files, this must be separately agreed upon and remunerated.

Liability

The Designer provides graphic design services for the Client’s purposes and in accordance with the Client’s specifications. The Designer makes no representations or warranties that these services will generate additional profits, sales, exposure, or brand awareness. The Designer assumes no responsibility toward the Client if the services do not lead to the results desired by the Client.
