Creative Direction
Caballito Caye is a private island as a tranquil, exclusive retreat nestled within a globally unique atoll. The branding blends modern elegance with an adventurous, tropical, and organic aesthetic – refined, timeless, and deliberately minimalist.
The visual language is clear and sophisticated: serene typography, generous white space, and a color palette inspired by the sea and sand create a sense of freedom, elegance and privacy. Adventure and discovery – from diving to reefs to whale encounters – harmoniously contrast with the opportunity to enjoy the island as a truly personal home.
The hand-painted seahorse in the logo is the brand's central symbol. It alludes to the island's shape, represents a connection to the ocean, and brings a warm, organic touch to the minimal aesthetic. Caballito Caye stands for luxurious living in harmony with nature –
modern, vital and emotional balanced.
Luxury Stationery
I designed the logo and it's sign to be suitable for high-quality print applications despite its intricate details. Its clean typography, combined with the finely drawn seahorse, creates an exceptional effect, especially in embossing and foil printing. On fine, textured papers, the logo gains depth, tactility, and presence – luxurious, precise, and timeless. The metallic foil finish conveys elegance and exclusivity, making every application a tangible statement of quality and sophistication.
